    Two shrimp kabobs, each with four shrimps stuffed with cheese and poblano pepper, and wrapped in bacon on a bed of grilled vegetables. Served with mexican rice and fresh lettuce salad.

    Two poblano peppers filled with cheese and dipped in an egg batter, deep fried to a golden brown and covered with our special sauce. Add mexican rice and refried beans.

    Chicken breast hot off the grill and covered with our own mole poblano sauce, served with rice, beans and your choice of corn or flour tortillas.
